This user guide assists users facing payment issues with IsabiVTU Technology. It outlines the steps to report and resolve such issues effectively.

Funding Issue

IsabiVTU Technology offers a convenience way of resolving pending funding issue directly through the app with ease.

Follow these steps to reslove the funding issue in your IsabiVTU Technology account:

  1. Open the IsabiVTU Technology app

  2. Tap "three lines in the header nav"

  3. Tap "Funding Issue".

  4. Enter your account number (the account you sent the money to)

  5. Enter the amount you sent.

  6. Enter the payment date and time

  7. Enter the transaction "session ID"

  8. Tap on the "RESOLVE" button to resolve the pending funding transaction

Undelivery Transaction

If eligible, IsabiVTU Technology will initiate refunds or reimbursements promptly. Follow their instructions for the refund process.

  1. Open the IsabiVTU Technology app

  2. Under "Transaction" open the undelivered transaction

  3. Check Dispute in the footer nav

  4. The system will check and refund your undelivered transaction

Common Payment Issues

Failed Transactions

If your payment transaction fails, check your payment details and retry. If the issue persists, it may be a technical glitch or a problem with the payment gateway.

Unauthorized Charges

Immediately report any unauthorized charges to Isabivtu Technology customer support. They will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

Payment Gateway Errors

If you encounter errors related to the payment gateway, contact Isabivtu Technology technical support for assistance.
